Years in the making

As I venture into business ownership after years of running companies, I look back and realize that Social Buzzerfly has been years in the making. Since 2011, I have created and managed dozens of Facebook pages, realizing my passion for social media. I jumped into social media with both feet and learned everything I could about each social platform. Social Media is constantly changing and I have to always keep learning, which is what I enjoy!! I've spent years teaching others how to succeed in Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Instagram. Through talking to hundreds of local businesses, I've come to realize that there is a need for a social media management company that truly cares for their clients.... here are my conclusions.

1. Business owners of small-medium businesses want a social media presence but don't have any time available to run it on a consistent basis.

2. Some business owners may have the "time", but not enough knowledge to run social media effectively. This part of their business is better left to a professional.

3. Many businesses have hired a social media management company but have been left unimpressed by the robotic posts, stale content, and lack of engagement.

In April 2016, I was talking to yet another business owner who was so frustrated with social media and on the verge of tears. I decided to move forward and make it a reality. I look forward to this new adventure! I appreciate the support of my family & friends as I step into this new role and I'm excited for things to come!
